• Identify and engage with key influencers to maximize brand exposure and drive campaign success.
• Manage incoming client requests, transforming opportunities into strategic initiatives.
• Develop and execute strategies to enhance influencer relationships and increase budget allocation.
• Oversee the entire contract lifecycle, from negotiation to execution, ensuring all terms are met.
• Provide post-campaign analysis to assess performance and refine future strategies.

• 2+ years of experience in influencer marketing, talent management, or a related field.
• Proven track record of negotiating and securing exclusive contracts with influencers.
• Strong understanding of the influencer landscape across major social media platforms (TikTok, Instagram, YouTube).
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills to effectively manage influencer relationships and client interactions.
• Experience with influencer marketing CRM platforms.
• Creative problem-solving abilities and strategic thinking to drive campaign success and budget growth.
