Write your application.
Express your capabilities to the fullest in the application. We accept free-form applications. It would be even better if you attach a portfolio and relevant URLs for reference in the field.
Please check before writing your application.
- I'm curious about the applicant's actual experiences and contributions to specific projects. In addition to the resume, please share any highlights or project URLs that showcase your achievements.
- If you don't have a portfolio for the applying department and find it challenging to represent your characteristics, feel free to attach detailed experiences where you demonstrated thoroughness and organized files during your work.
Interview.
Please check in advance before the interview.
Checking your email is essential! If you successfully pass the initial screening, we will send further instructions and schedule adjustments via email. Please check your email within 3 days after applying.
First Interview: Job-specific Interview.
The first interview is conducted via Zoom and lasts approximately 15-30 minutes. It is a job-specific interview conducted one-on-one with an HR representative. During this interview, please focus on introducing yourself with an emphasis on your professional experience. Highlight your strengths as much as possible. There will also be time before the interview concludes for you to ask any questions you may have about Forsit, so please prepare any inquiries in advance.
Task Assessment.
If you pass the first interview, there may be a Task, depending on the situation. This is to assess how you approach and solve problems, so don't feel pressured.
Second Interview: Fit Interview (Interview with Team Leader and CEO).
The second interview is conducted in person. If you come to our Seoul office on the scheduled date, the HR manager will provide a company tour, allowing you to get a glimpse of the working atmosphere. Following the tour, there will be a 30-minute interview with the team leader. If you pass this stage, there will be a brief interview with the CEO. Please express your interests and confidence as honestly as possible during the interview.
Final Offer.
Thank you sincerely for the passion you've demonstrated to join Forsit. If you have achieved positive results in the interview, the offer process will proceed.
- We conduct reference checks with the applicant's consent.
- We request documents such as employment certificates or withholding tax statements from your previous workplace.
- In some cases, a Final Call may be conducted once again.
- We will send the final offer letter to you via email.

- After the completion of the 3-month probation period, you will have a coffee chat with your team leader. During this conversation, the team leader will discuss the strengths of the team members and areas for potential development. Feel free to share both the strengths and areas you think could be improved. This dialogue will contribute to the growth of both the company and yourself.
