DTC Commerce Lead
Forsit is a global brand accelerator bringing some of the most popular South Korean products to the world. We are looking for a DTC Commerce Lead who will be instrumental in driving our online sales through strategic content-driven campaigns, including influencer marketing, Meta ads, TikTok ads, earned media, and community engagement. Candidates with additional languages spoken (such as German, French, Italian, Japanese, etc) are welcome.

We are looking for a DTC Commerce Lead who will be instrumental in driving our online sales through strategic content-driven campaigns, including influencer marketing, Meta ads, TikTok ads, earned media, and community engagement. - Develop and implement performance marketing strategies to drive DTC commerce (Tiktok Shop, Shopify) sales through various channels including influencer marketing, affiliate marketing, Meta ads, TikTok ads, earned media, and community engagement.
- Establish, develop, and maintain positive business relationships with influencers and media partners.
- Analyze the market’s potential, track sales performance, and produce comprehensive reports.
- Identify, propose, and negotiate business deals by contacting potential partners.
- Coordinate marketing efforts with team members from other departments to ensure alignment and drive sales growth.
- Keep abreast of best practices, new promotional trends, and competitors’ activities to stay ahead in the market.
I want to be with someone like this
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in performance marketing or e-commerce
- Experience in Tiktok shop, Amazon, Shopify, etc.
- Proven ability to drive the sales process from plan to execution and optimization.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Outstanding negotiation skills with the ability to resolve issues and address complaints.
- Ability to use data analytics for market insights and strategic planning.
- Experience with influencer marketing, Meta ads, TikTok ads, earned media, and community engagement.
- Familiarity with marketing analytics tools and CRM platforms.
- Creative problem-solving skills and a strategic mindset to drive sales growth.
